Basic H-harnas
The Stroops H-Harness comes over the shoulders and has a belt over the chest. The harness has four straps with a ring on the back; two behind the back and two under the shoulders along. By attaching Slastix Clips to these rings, the harness provides resistance on the chest. This makes the Stroops H-Harness suitable for explosive pulls. By using different types of Slastix Clips, the exercises can be varied.
The simple design allows the athlete to move freely and perform various exercises without problems. The model always fits and is suitable for every size and length. It is equipped with padded straps on the chest and shoulders and is comfortable to wear.
